Recommended Books in Spanish

Barahona Center for Study of Books in Spanish for Children and Adolescents (from California State University at San Marcos) has a website that recommends Spanish language books by age, country setting, publisher and publication date, Dewey number, even author, illustrator, and translator. I entered "8th grade-12th grade, USA," and did not enter any other criteria; I got a list 182 titles with ISBN, catalog information, where it was reviewed, and a picture of the front cover when available. WOW!

This is the website link for recommended books in English about Latinos. It works the same way; I entered "1st grade to 6th grade, and USA," I got 415 titles!

You have to check out these sites!
